Remember Remember the 5th November!

This traditional local celebration is now famous, or perhaps infamous, all the way from America to Australia as the international media (and even the bookies) watch eagerly each year to see which modern day so called ‘celebrity’ has been singled out by the town to have their 10m tall three dimensional caricature stand alongside the ‘guy’ who originally started this all, way back in November 1605.

Organising our Fun Day and Bands on the Run events each summer

We organise more family events during the summer. This year we had a fantastic Fun Day in Stangrove Park and in previous years our Bands on the Run free open air concert has given opportunities for the best and most talented young bands from Kent, Surrey and Sussex to perform live on stage.

Supporting local and not so local community events throughout the year

Our team and our mobile stage unit are out on the road on many more weekends during the year, supporting fetes and other events. Our very active Social Committee arranges evening meets and also our visits to many of the other fantastic Bonfire celebrations across Sussex and Kent.
